1. Product description

Rayson CourtFlex AC25 is a single-component, water-based, self-crosslinking acrylic co-polymer coating for sports courts and decorative concrete and masonry surfaces, forming a stain-resistant, easy-to-clean film.

CourtFlex AC25 is the colour coat of the Rayson sports range. The water-based acrylic co-polymer self-crosslinks as it dries, forming a surface film with excellent water resistance, durability, low dirt pick-up and stain resistance that keeps courts cleanable and bright.

6. Technical data

Surface preparation Surface must be dry and clean — free of poorly adhered old coatings, loose particles, dust, grease, oil, wax and biological growth. Fill and level defective or cracked areas with a suitable filler, allow to dry, sand level and remove dust before coating.

Application conditions Material temperature 15–25 °C; ambient and surface temperature above 10 °C and at least 5 °C above the dew point.

8. Recommended system

Sports court colour system

  1. Repair cracks and depressions and correct ponding areas
  2. Apply minimum 2 coats of Rayson CourtFlex AC25 in the court colour scheme
  3. Overcoat dull patches for uniform colour, then apply line marking

Anti-slip recreational surface

  1. Prime and texture with Rayson GripSafe AP12
  2. Finish with Rayson CourtFlex AC25 in the selected colours

Low-odour water-based product. Wear gloves and eye protection; ensure reasonable ventilation. Avoid skin and eye contact. Keep out of reach of children. Consult the Safety Data Sheet (in preparation) before use.
