01Does this tool produce a formal specification?+
No. It provides preliminary system direction and brings the relevant products and TDS documents into one evidence path. Final specification still depends on site assessment and project requirements.
02Why can I select only two primary risks?+
Systems often address several conditions, but an unranked list of every desirable property creates meaningless recommendations. Choose the two risks most likely to cause failure.
03Will a moisture concern automatically select a primer?+
No. Dampness, vapour pressure, standing water and substrate moisture content are different conditions and require appropriate checks first.
04What happens when there is no clean match?+
The tool stops automatic recommendation and directs the surface photographs and operating conditions to the Rayson technical team.
