Yes. Every currently published Rayson technical data sheet is available directly from the public TDS Library. No form, email address or sales enquiry is required before you can review the document.

02What should I check in a coating technical data sheet?

Check the intended use, suitable substrate, surface preparation, mixing ratio, theoretical coverage, application method, drying and curing information, limitations and pack size. These items should then be reviewed against the actual site condition and project specification.

03How do I choose an industrial floor coating?

Start with the substrate and the operating conditions rather than a product name. Record traffic, chemicals, temperature, wash-down, moisture, slip risk, hygiene or static-control requirements, then compare suitable systems and verify each shortlisted component against its current TDS.

04How much coating material does my project require?

An early estimate uses the project area, number of coats and the verified theoretical coverage of the selected product. Surface profile, porosity, application losses and site conditions can change actual consumption, so final quantities should be confirmed for the project.

05Why do industrial floor coatings peel or blister?

Common causes include inadequate surface preparation, contamination, moisture movement, a weak substrate, incompatible existing coatings and unsuitable application conditions. The failure mechanism should be investigated before selecting a repair or replacement system.

Send the substrate type, area, current condition, traffic, chemicals or wash-down exposure, temperature, slip or hygiene requirements, available installation window and clear surface photographs. Existing drawings, coating records and known moisture results also help the first review.

Safety Data Sheets are not currently published in the public library. If an SDS is required for project or safety review, contact the Rayson technical team to confirm current availability for the relevant product.

08Can the tender-clause tool select a coating product for my project?

No. The tool creates neutral wording that records the substrate, operating requirements and documents that should be submitted. Final product selection and system thickness still require the actual site condition, an approved project specification and the relevant product data sheets.
