01 · What we make

Complete floor systems, not scattered products.

24 products across 11 families, covering the full build-up — primers and repair mortars through body coats, finishes, waterproofing membranes, anti-slip and static-control systems. Each one has its own product page and data sheet.

02 · We develop and manufacture it

Formulated here. Manufactured here. Supported here.

Formulation, production and technical support sit with the same Singapore team, keeping product batches, technical answers and supply coordination close to the project. Clients can verify the system directly with the people who make the material.

03 · Evidence before specification

The limits are published before you specify.

Every Rayson technical data sheet is public—no form or email required. Check substrate conditions, moisture limits, pot life, cure information and explicit exclusions before shortlisting a product. Across 24 products, 104 documented limitations and 87 explicit exclusions are currently available to verify.

RY-TDS-101

Rayson PrimeBond E20

Published in the data sheet

  • Minimum substrate temperature 5 °C; curing between +10 °C and +35 °C
  • Substrate moisture content must not exceed 5% — damp is acceptable, standing water is not

Not suitable for

  • Use as a finished wearing surface without an overcoat
  • Substrates with standing water or moisture content above 5%

RY-TDS-401

Rayson LevelShield SL120

Published in the data sheet

  • Minimum substrate temperature 5 °C; curing between +10 °C and +35 °C; concrete moisture content maximum 5%
  • Short pot life (about 20 minutes at 28 °C) demands organised batching and placement

Not suitable for

  • Exterior UV-exposed decks without a UV-stable topcoat
  • Substrates with moisture above 5% or rising damp

Rayson PurScreed PC70

Published in the data sheet

  • Minimum substrate temperature 5 °C; curing between +10 °C and +35 °C; concrete moisture content maximum 5%
  • Short pot life (15–20 minutes at 30 °C); cures faster in hot weather — batching and placement must be continuous

Not suitable for

  • Decorative or colour-critical spaces — industrial colour range only
  • Exterior UV-exposed decks without a UV-stable finish

04 · Our specification standard

We recommend what the project needs—even when it is not ours.

Our role is to match the coating system to the real substrate, traffic, chemistry, temperature and access window. If the project needs something outside the Rayson range, we will say so clearly.

  • 01

    Site conditions first

Start with the substrate and operating environment—not a product name.

  • 02

    Published data checked

Verify every system component against its current TDS.

  • 03

    Suitability before sale

Do not place an unsuitable product into the project specification.

05 · Questions

What buyers ask before working with us.

When was Rayson founded?

Rayson was founded in Singapore in 2026. The team behind the company brings more than 30 years of coatings-manufacturing experience, while the business itself is built around public technical data, traceable local production and responsive specification support.

Is Rayson a manufacturer, a distributor or an applicator?

Rayson is a manufacturer. We develop and produce our own formulations in Singapore, which means batches are traceable, technical answers come from the people who made the material, and lead times do not depend on a distant supply chain.

Do I need to register to read Rayson technical data sheets?

No. Every data sheet is published openly — no form and no email address. That includes the limitations and exclusions: across 24 products, 104 documented limitations and 87 explicit exclusions are public before you contact anyone.

What does Rayson manufacture?

24 products across 11 families, covering the complete floor build-up: primers and repair mortars, body coats, finishes, waterproofing membranes, anti-slip and static-control systems, in epoxy, polyurethane, polyurethane-cement, polyurea, water-based epoxy and acrylic chemistries.

Will Rayson say when its products are not suitable?

Yes. The data sheets already state where each product stops working, and the same rule applies in conversation. If a floor needs something Rayson does not make, we say so — a specification that fails costs more than a sale not won.

Where are Rayson coatings made?

In Singapore. Local manufacturing keeps formulation and production under our own control, keeps batches traceable, and makes short lead times and site support a practical matter rather than a promise.

Start with your project

Send the substrate, the conditions and the access window.

We will work back to a system direction based on the real conditions, and connect it to the relevant data sheets.

You’ll get a system direction and the relevant data sheets back — not a brochure.
