    Inspect and prepare the substrate

    Mechanically prepared concrete (minimum 28 days old, moisture content below 5%)

  2. 02

    Prepare the material as specified

    Two pre-weighed parts, mix ratio 9:1 by weight; stir parts separately, combine and mix with a slow-speed drill and paddle for 1–2 minutes; pot life 1–2 hours

  3. 03

    Apply with the correct tools

    Recommended methods: Short-bristled brush, Roller. Confirm coat count and thickness for the project.

  4. 04

    Protect through the required cure

    Surface dry 6 hours at 25 °C

Choose something else when

  • Minimum substrate temperature 5 °C; minimum mixing temperature 10 °C; minimum curing temperature 5 °C
  • Mixed material must be used within its 1–2 hour pot life; cures faster in hot weather and in large batches
  • Hardener shelf life is shorter than the base and moisture-sensitive — store sealed and dry
  • Thin-film topcoat — requires a sound, sealed substrate or system beneath
  • Heavy industrial traffic without a suitable body coat beneath
  • Immersion or chemical containment service
  • Filling or levelling defective substrates — it is a thin decorative-protective film

Water-based application: it can go into occupied and enclosed spaces without solvent odour, while keeping the abrasion resistance and UV performance of aliphatic PU chemistry.

It is supplied pigmented, with grey among the colours offered. Confirm the current colour range with our sales team.

How many coats does a floor need?

A minimum of two coats by brush or roller, stripe-coating edges first.
