Daily forklift traffic normally calls for a self-levelling epoxy such as Rayson LevelShield SL120 over a PrimeBond E20 primer, which gives a seamless, high-strength wearing surface. Lighter storage and pallet-truck areas can use a roller-applied epoxy like FloorGuard R50 at lower cost.
Choose epoxy for ambient-temperature floors with inorganic chemistry; it is harder and more economical. Choose polyurethane-cement, such as Rayson PurScreed PC70, when the floor faces hot wash-down, steam or organic acids, because epoxy can crack or soften under thermal shock.
