    Inspect and prepare the substrate

    Mechanically prepared concrete (minimum 28 days old, moisture content below 5%)

  2. 02

    Prepare the material as specified

    Two pre-weighed parts, mix ratio 4:1 by volume; stir parts separately, combine and mix with a slow-speed drill and paddle for 1–2 minutes; pot life approximately 2 hours

  3. 03

    Apply with the correct tools

    Recommended methods: Short-bristled brush, Roller. Confirm coat count and thickness for the project.

  4. 04

    Protect through the required cure

    Surface dry 6 hours at 25 °C

Choose something else when

  • Minimum substrate temperature 5 °C; minimum mixing temperature 10 °C; minimum curing temperature 5 °C
  • Mixed material must be used within its pot life; cures faster in hot weather and in large batches
  • Solvent-based — provide adequate ventilation; not for occupied areas without ventilation control
  • Thin-film clear coat — substrate defects and colour show through
  • Occupied or unventilated areas during application — solvent-based
  • Hiding substrate defects or colour — it is a clear coat
  • Heavy-duty build-ups — it is a thin protective film, not a wearing screed

Is UraForce SB65 really non-yellowing?

Yes — it uses aliphatic polyurethane chemistry, the class of PU specifically formulated not to yellow under UV, with outstanding weather durability.

What sheen options are there?

Clear gloss, satin and matt. The gloss grade measures around 85 at 60°.

Can it be used on walls?

Yes. It serves as a hygienic, washable clear finish on walls as well as floors, over suitably prepared substrates.

How many coats are needed?

A minimum of two coats, stripe-coating edges with a brush before rolling the field.
