    Two components metered and mixed in the heated spray gun at a 1:1 volume ratio; block and hose temperature 60–70 °C, spray pressure 2000–2500 psi; do not dilute

    Apply with the correct tools

    Recommended methods: Hot airless spray (plural-component). Confirm coat count and thickness for the project.

    Protect through the required cure

Common technical questions

What to know before specifying Rayson SealForce SP200.

Can SealForce SP200 be applied without spray equipment?

No. It is a fast-gelling pure polyurea that must be placed by specialist applicators using heated, high-pressure plural-component spray equipment. For hand-applied waterproofing, use the roller-grade SealForce RC30 or RC40.

How soon can the structure return to service?

It gels in seconds and is walkable in about two minutes, taking light traffic in 15–20 minutes, with a 24-hour post-cure — one of the fastest returns to service of any waterproofing membrane.

Is it safe for drinking-water tanks?

It is suitable for potable-water contact when the substrate is primed with the specified potable-grade primer. Confirm the full potable system with our technical team for your project.

Will it change colour outdoors?

As an aromatic polyurea it can discolour under prolonged UV. This is cosmetic only and does not affect the waterproofing or physical performance; a UV-stable topcoat can be specified where appearance matters.

What thickness is applied?

Typically 1.5 mm dry film for external waterproofing and 2.5–3.0 mm for water-retaining structures, from a coverage of about 1.5 litres/m² upward depending on the specification.
